Last Saturday in the midst of all of our house buying drama I had a mentoring session with Sakura and it was exactly what I needed to take away all of the stress!  I always take a look at the websites and blogs of the photographers who come and do mentoring sessions with me so I can critique their work and give them advice.  When I took a look at Sakura’s blog I didn’t have a whole lot to critique.  She’s a great photographer, but just needs to boost her confidence a bit.  I told her she needs to look into the mirror and repeat, “I am a good photographer” 10 times a night  But, really having confidence is very important.  Because to make your clients feel confident in front of the camera you, as the photographer, need to have confidence yourself!  So go over to Sakura’s blog and leave her some love and tell her how rad she is!
