The Heller Family

March 1st, 2010

Little Kirra is 18 months!  I shot her newborn pictures and she gave me a run for my money :)  Most toddlers are difficult to shoot, but I will say Kirra was a much easier subject this time around!  She’s definitely got a little bit of her Mommy’s personality!  And I say that in the nicest way possible because Erin and I are a lot alike!  We’re both very open and honest with our feelings and, dare I say, a bit stubborn :)  Nothing wrong with a girl who knows what she wants!

We tried to schedule a family shoot last year, but unfortunately we couldn’t get a date that worked for both of us.  I’m glad we waited because I love seeing Kirra’s personality unfold.  She’s such a beautiful little girl with an infectious smile.  Erin and Jenner are doing a great job raising one happy little girl!  And maybe they will be adding to their family soon to make Kirra a big sister!  Exciting!

    Kirra is soooo adorable, just like her name! I love how she wore a yellow shirt inside of her blue/yellow dress and a had a perfectly matched yellow flower in her hair. Yellow just makes this session so much more lively and fun! My favorite picture is of her throwing the citrus, it’s a perfectly captured shot of the citrus in air and her cute little smile! I bet the family is VERY happy with how this session turned out! Great work Drew!

    There is no greater compliment to a grandmother than to have her son (and daughter-in-law) be good parents and raise a happy healthy child. That’s what it is all about. And, how can Kirra help to be a beautiful baby….look at her parents! Thanks for sharing.
