Baby Porter

February 2nd, 2010

Baby Porter was born 11 days early.  He was a little guy weighing in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces and 19 inches long.  And he has the most perfect faux hawk.  He’s so trendy already!  Last I heard Baby Porter had a completely different name  so I was surprised when I got the email from Jenna saying that Baby Porter had arrived.  I guess they went through several names before they decided Porter was the perfect name for the perfect baby.  And the perfect baby he is.  He was by far the easiest newborn I have ever worked with!  He slept pretty much the whole time and when he was awake he was very content.  Here are some of my favorites from their shoot!  Congratulations Jenna, Reagan, and Emmy!

    Baby Porter is so sweet! I love the shots of him on the black and white bed spread and my fave is the one with him under the framed family photos. Awesome!

    Great pictures! I love the shots on the bed. That comforter made the perfect backdrop. I also love the perspective on the happily ever after shot. Very creative!

    I have to say that when I saw this was a newborn shoot I got even more excited! I love your newborn shoots! (could be because I am due in 6 weeks now! I don’t know!) But that first picture is just so perfect, so crisp, so adorable, I love it! And the last two pictures… oh my! Words cannot describe how much I love them!

    He is precious. I love the shot of Porter naked in Daddy’s arms, baby butts are so cute! Very cool to get him in front of some of your own work up on the walls, too. Love that shot as well:)

    As always….beautiful work!! My faves are the one of the family on the bed and the “Happily Ever After”…and this last one of the mom and dad kissing and baby in the middle!! LOVE them!!! :-)
