So many little cuties turning one!  Olivia is turning one this week!  She was so much fun.  She has this awesome laugh/cry.  I couldn’t really tell if she was happy or sad so I just kept shooting until I saw tears

Some of you wedding photographers will recognize the mom from this session.  This is Abbie who is a coordinator at the Balboa Bay Club and Resort.  She’s so great to work with!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a baby girl look as much like her Daddy as little Irene.  She’s just the cutest and slept through almost our entire session.  When they told me she was over 9 pounds when she was born I didn’t believe them.  She looked so small to me.  However, when I started posing her in my props I could see she was bigger than most newborns I shoot.  It’s all in her length!  She’s going to be a tall girl!  And a smart one!  Both mom and dad are doctors who did their undergrads at Stanford!  I’m always so intimidated by graduates of Stanford.  However, not only were they super smart but also very nice and a lot of fun to get to know.

I always wished I had a sister.  Instead, I got a brother who I sometimes would dress up like a girl and every once in a while he would indulge me and play school or house.

I love capturing the love between sisters.  Even at just 1 and 3 1/2, Lilly and Annalise have such a special bond.  Lilly wants to do everything Annalise does and Annalise is such a great big sister.  1 and 3 1/2 can be daunting ages to shoot, but these little girls made it so easy… and so much fun!
