Casting Call!

Hi Everyone!

I’m looking for a couple to model for a project I’m working on in December.  You must be available this December in Orange County, preferably on a weekday, but I will consider you if you’re only available on the weekend.  You don’t have to be models or even comfortable in front of the camera, but you must be fun, in love, and up for anything!  I would love it if you have wedding attire to wear, but will also consider you if you don’t.  Please email me at drew@drewbphotography.com with your availability, picture, and if you have wedding attire.  I will also consider past clients!  You will get a free session and a disc of your images.

Thanks in advance!

DrewB

Update:  Thanks for all of the emails!  I knew my blog readers were awesome!  I found a couple last week, but will keep all of you in mind if I need models in the future.  Thanks again!

The Blake Family

I just love this shoot that I did recently for Tracy Blake and her family.  Tracy is the local Orange County photographer who won the Nie Nie Recovery auction I did back in September.  I’ve never shot another photographer before so I was a little nervous, but her family couldn’t have been more fun!  I don’t think I’ve laughed that much in a long time!  And I love shooting photographers because they are up for anything.  I asked them to sit in the dirt, stand on tires, next to barbed wire fences and they didn’t think twice about it.  Love it!  Here are some (okay I had a lot) of my favorites and their slideshow!  Thanks again, Tracy, for donating to Stephanie and Christian.  I’m so glad we both were able to do something to help them out!

When I went on Tracy’s website I noticed she didn’t have a headshot.  Every photographer needs a headshot!  So I got a couple for her on our shoot.

Their last name is Blake.  How appropriate!

My fav shot of the day

Tracy has two gorgeous and very nice kids!

All poor Tanner wanted to do was get to baseball practice.  But, he was a great sport and made us all laugh.

Tracy and Kevin said they are SO unphotogenic.  I beg to differ…

Love this shot because it’s so them

Krista & Erik on EAD!

Another fabulous wedding blog, Elizabeth Anne Designs, contacted me asking if they could feature Krista and Erik’s nautical themed wedding.  Ummmm, yeah!  EAD is only one of the most popular wedding blogs on the net so I was more than excited for them to feature this wedding.  They also have the Elizabeth Anne Designs Library, which features the best of the best wedding vendors.  I am very proud to be a part of that as well.  Definitely check out their blog and the library for lots and lots of great inspiration!
